Dear Parents
My name is Sandra Smith, and I am the Support Teacher for Literacy & Numeracy (STL&N) at Karalee State School. My role is to support inclusion of students within the school; in-service teachers, parents and teacher aids; liaise with specialists such as the Speech Language Pathologists and Guidance Officer.
I will be running a parent information session to help you support your child at school. This session will cover basic literacy skills that will assist your child with reading, writing and spelling. The workshop will be Thursday 2 February at 1.40-3.00pm in the conference room in the main office block.
Please email me as soon as possible if you are attending, so I am able to ensure that our venue is large enough and I have enough resources for all parents attending.
