Please find attached a flyer on behalf of the Student Council advertising the Disco scheduled for this Thursday 4th August.
Theme - The Disco has a pyjama theme (pyjamas/onesies/oodies/slippers etc). Proceeds raised go to the Pyjama Foundation who support children in foster care.
Ticket Sales – entry is $4 per student. Tickets will be sold outside the tuckshop from 8.30-8.50am Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday mornings – cash only. Students who buy tickets in advance will receive a wrist band in class on Thursday afternoon to wear to the disco. There will also be tickets for sale on the evening.
Food – drinks and snacks will be available for purchase in the canteen at the PAC.
Drop Off and Pick Up – as the disco is for current students of Karalee SS only, not past students or siblings, we will be asking parents to drop children off to the deck outside the library / PAC and return at the end of the disco to collect. There will be ample staff members in attendance to support this process as well as the transition between the early years disco and the middle/upper years. No student will be allowed to leave the PAC area without an adult to collect them.
- Early Years – Prep to Year 2 – 5.00-6.15pm
- Middle/Upper – Year 3-6 – 6.30-8.00pm
