The
Karalee State School Cross-Country carnival is held towards the end of Term One
each year. This is a whole school carnival with Prep – Year 6 running in the
event. The school awards age champions in this carnival, top six place ribbons
and overall champion house. This event is also used to select 10, 11 and 12
years students to represent the school at the Ipswich Zone Cross-Country held
in the following weeks.
In the lead up to this event
training is held each morning by Mr
Mottram and Mrs Williams. Students that wish to attend can meet in the undercover area at 8.15am and they will be walked up to
the top oval for training each morning. All students and ages are welcome to
attend to get fit and ready for the school Inter House Cross-country carnival.
